What are the changing design trends in Indian real estate sector?
Today, the Indian real estate sector stands at an interesting juncture. In the past few years, it has witnessed a slew of changes - be it demonetisation, RERA, the introduction of GST, or the fallout from the Covid-19 pandemic. All these measures, reforms, and scenarios have triggered an evolution in this industry. Real estate investment traditionally requires a significant capital commitment and involves a long, tedious process of sourcing deals, arranging finances, and jumping through countless hoops to get to the closing table, unlike the present scenario.
Luxury & mid-segment real estate has emerged as a hot favourite among the new and young homebuyers post-pandemic. Today, the real estate market has undergone an enormous change, with a substantial push from homebuyers. As per the recent trends discerned in the home buying patterns of property buyers, there has been an upward swing in the number of NRIs, HRIs and millennials purchasing mid-segment and luxury homes. Without any ambiguity, the past few years have served to be positive for residential real estate in terms of changing dynamics. This will continue in the coming years as well. Its key principles are focused on building ambitions and delivering values.
The company is dedicated to raising goals and providing value. We have created approximately 30 million square feet of outstanding residential real estate in Chennai, Bengaluru, and Coimbatore within 17 years. Over 22,000 delighted families spread throughout over 125 iconic residences attest to our dedication. We have come a long way in 17 years, with projects worth over 8,000 crores in the pipeline.

How has the company evolved since its inception?
In 2004, Casagrand started its journey in Chennai with an aim to build superior living spaces for everyone. In 2006, the company launched its first big project –Casagrand Rivera, and entered the Coimbatore market in 2012 with an exclusive luxury villa project - Casagrand Eternia. Since then, Casagrand has had a successful run in Coimbatore.
The company entered the Bangalore region in 2014, since then, the company has launched more than eight projects in Bangalore, and all of them have received warm responses, contributing a remarkable growth to the business. Over the years, Casagrand has developed 30 million sqft, 125+ landmark projects.
